FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I send flowers to Korea from overseas?

Yes. Order in English from anywhere in the world and we deliver the same day across all of South Korea — Seoul, Busan, and everywhere in between. Payment is in US dollars via PayPal, and a real photo of the delivered flowers is sent to your email.

How fast is delivery?

Orders completed before 6:00 PM Korea time (KST) are delivered the same day. Urgent funeral wreaths can reach funeral halls nationwide in about 3 hours.

How do I pay? Do I need a PayPal account?

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and paid securely through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required — any international credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) works.

How do I know the flowers were actually delivered?

Every order includes photo confirmation: the local florist photographs the finished arrangement at the moment of delivery, and we email the photo to you.

Can I add a ribbon or card message?

Yes, free of charge. Ribbon messages are hand-written in Korean or English by the florist — for condolence wreaths we can write the traditional Korean phrases on your behalf.

Do you deliver funeral wreaths (condolence flowers)?

Yes. Sympathy stands and condolence wreaths are our specialty — delivered to funeral halls across Korea, urgently within about 3 hours when needed. This is the most common order from overseas family members.

Do I need to create an account?

What areas in Korea do you cover?

All of South Korea, through a network of 500+ local flower ateliers — major cities, small towns, hospitals, funeral halls, and event venues alike.
