By Arrive in Bloom (이름꽃), a Korean florist network. Last updated: 2026-10-11.
The short answer. To send a fan support wreath to a K-pop idol's event in Korea, order a celebration wreath from $54 or a rice wreath from $81 from Arrive in Bloom (Flowername), give the venue address, date and a Korean phone number for the receiver, and pay in US dollars by card; we email you a delivery photo. Whether a venue accepts fan wreaths is decided by the venue, so check the organiser's notice before you order.
What you can send — prices in USD, delivery included

Before you order — what the venue decides, not us
- Every venue has its own rules. Entertainment agencies, broadcasters, concert halls and fan-meeting venues each decide whether fan wreaths are allowed, where they stand and on which days. Some accept none. Check the official notice or your fan organiser's announcement first. We cannot promise that a wreath will be accepted or that the artist will see it.
- A named recipient and a Korean phone number. The courier calls on arrival and cannot dial an overseas number. Use the reception desk, the event organiser or the café owner who agreed to receive it — not the artist.
- Birthday cafés: ask the café. Confirm that it accepts deliveries, how much room it has for a tall wreath, and its opening hours. A bouquet or basket needs far less space.
- Timing. Couriers deliver 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Korea time. Same-day orders close at 5:00 PM KST (4:00 AM EDT / 1:00 AM PDT until 1 November 2026), and a same-day wreath usually arrives in about 3 hours (4–5 hours at weekends). If it must stand before doors open, order at least 2 days ahead and tell us the time.
- If delivery is refused. Flowers are made fresh for that day and cannot be resold, so a full refund may not be possible when a venue turns a wreath away. That is why the check above matters.
The ribbon — two lines, Korean or English
A standing wreath carries two ribbon sashes. On our order form the left ribbon is the greeting and the right ribbon is the sender, each up to 40 characters. Korean and English can be printed; Japanese and Chinese characters cannot. English is printed exactly as you type it, the suggested phrases on the form are traditional Korean wordings, and the form shows a ribbon preview before you pay. Printing is free.
| Ribbon | What goes on it | Example pattern |
|---|---|---|
| Left — greeting | The occasion and the artist's stage name | HAPPY BIRTHDAY [stage name] · 생일 축하합니다 (“Happy birthday”) |
| Right — sender | Your fanbase or your own name, and where you are | [fanbase name] from [country] |
Fans photograph wreaths and post them, so leave phone numbers and private details off the ribbon. Bouquets and baskets carry a hand-written card instead of a ribbon.
Rice wreaths and fan rice
A rice wreath (쌀화환) replaces cut flowers with sacks of rice on a decorated stand. In K-pop fandom this is known as fan rice: rice bought by fans in an entertainer's name, shown at concerts, fan meetings and press events, and after the event usually donated to charity, often in the entertainer's name. Donations range from a few kilograms to several tonnes (Wikipedia: Fan rice).
We deliver rice wreaths of 10, 20 and 30 kg anywhere in South Korea. Where the rice goes after the event is decided by the artist's team or the fan organisers, not by us.
What fans have actually sent through us
Between August and October 2026, a fan group in Latin America ordered 3 birthday support wreaths through Arrive in Bloom, all three-tier standard celebration wreaths with the ribbons written in English. Two were booked 3 to 5 weeks ahead and were delivered with photos on the birthday; the third was addressed to a café. Counts come from our order records; names and ribbon texts are not published.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I send a fan support wreath to a K-pop idol's event in Korea from abroad?
- Yes — Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) takes orders in English from any country and has a local florist make and deliver a standing celebration wreath from $54, a rice wreath from $81 or a bouquet from $41 to an address in South Korea on the date you choose, then emails you a photo. You give the venue address, the event date, a recipient name and a Korean phone number for whoever will receive it. Whether the venue accepts the wreath is its own decision, so check the organiser's notice first. Between August and October 2026 a fan group in Latin America ordered 3 birthday wreaths through us this way.
- How much does a fan support wreath cost?
- As of 11 October 2026, Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) charges $54 for a three-tier standard celebration wreath, $72 for the three-tier premium, $109 for the four-tier and $181 for the five-tier, with delivery anywhere in South Korea included and no remote-area fee on wreaths. Rice wreaths are $81 for 10 kg, $109 for 20 kg and $136 for 30 kg. Bouquets start at $41, and a 100-rose bouquet is from $225. Prices are charged in US dollars, and the ribbon is printed free. A fan group splitting the cost pays as one order from one card.
- Will the agency, broadcaster or concert venue accept the wreath?
- Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) cannot guarantee it: each entertainment agency, broadcaster, concert hall and fan-meeting venue sets its own rules on fan wreaths, and some accept them only in a set area or on set days while others accept none. Check the official notice or the fan organiser's announcement before you order, ideally 2 or more days before the event, and give us the name and Korean phone number of the person or desk that agreed to receive it. If a venue refuses delivery, flowers made for that day cannot be resold, so a full refund may not be possible.
- Can you deliver a wreath or bouquet to a birthday café?
- Yes, if the café agrees — Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) delivers to cafés like any other address in South Korea, including birthday cafés run by fans, and one of the 3 fan support wreaths ordered through us in 2026 was addressed to a café. Ask the café or the event organiser first whether it accepts deliveries, how much space it has for a standing wreath, and its opening hours; couriers deliver between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Korea time. Give the café's own Korean phone number as the recipient number, because the courier calls it on arrival. A bouquet or basket takes far less space than a standing wreath.
- What is a rice wreath and what happens to the rice?
- A rice wreath (쌀화환) is a display of rice sacks on a decorated stand with a ribbon, and Arrive in Bloom (Flowername), a Korean florist network, sells them in 10 kg, 20 kg and 30 kg sizes for $81, $109 and $136, delivered anywhere in South Korea. In K-pop fandom, fans buy rice in an artist's name and, after the event, the rice is usually donated to charity, often in the artist's name, as Wikipedia's article on fan rice describes. The donation is arranged by the artist's team or the fan organisers, not by us. It is delivered and set up like a flower wreath, with delivery included and no remote-area fee.
- What can I write on the ribbon, and can it be in English?
- On a wreath from Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) you fill in 2 ribbon lines on the order form, each up to 40 characters: the left ribbon carries the greeting, such as a birthday or debut-anniversary message, and the right ribbon carries the sender, such as your fanbase name and country. Korean and English can be printed; Japanese and Chinese characters cannot. English is printed exactly as you type it, and the order form shows a ribbon preview before you pay. Leave out phone numbers and anything you would not want photographed, because fans photograph the wreaths and post them.
- When should I order for a birthday, comeback or concert date?
- Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) lets you choose any future delivery date, so you can book a birthday or concert wreath weeks ahead; two of the 3 fan support wreaths ordered through us in 2026 were booked 3 to 5 weeks before the date. If it must stand before doors open or before a fan meeting, order at least 2 days ahead and state the time. Same-day orders close at 5:00 PM Korea time, which is 4:00 AM EDT and 1:00 AM PDT until US clocks change on 1 November 2026, and a same-day wreath usually arrives in about 3 hours.
- Who should be the recipient, and which phone number do I give?
- For a fan support wreath, Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) needs a recipient name and a Korean phone number that someone at the delivery address will answer, because the courier calls on arrival between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Korea time and cannot dial an overseas number. Use the reception desk, the event organiser or the café owner who agreed to take the wreath, not the artist. Write the full address with building name, floor and any hall or room number. A missing or unreachable Korean number is the single most common reason a delivery to Korea fails.
- How do I pay, and will I see that it was delivered?
- Arrive in Bloom (Flowername) charges fan support orders from abroad in US dollars through PayPal, and no PayPal account is needed: tap “Debit or Credit Card” and pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or JCB, so a ₩59,000 three-tier wreath costs $54. If PayPal declines your card, the payment page offers a Korean won card payment with a 5% international card processing fee. After delivery we email you an unedited photo of the wreath where it was placed, and on request we send it on WhatsApp as well, so your fan group can see it standing on the day.
