From room number, chief mourner and departure time to delivery cut-offs, prices and ribbon wording
Before you order a condolence wreath for Seoul Asan Hospital Funeral Hall, there are four things to check: the room number where the wake is being held, the full name of the chief mourner, the date and time of the funeral procession's departure, and the hours during which wreaths can be brought in.
Large funeral halls run many rooms at once, so a wrong room number can delay delivery or even lead to the wreath being turned away. The room number is often given in the funeral notice message or card, and you can also confirm it at the hall's information desk and on the signs inside.
When you order, please write the venue and room together, for example “Seoul Asan Hospital Funeral Hall, Room ○○”. If the room is vague, the delivery driver and the funeral hall staff may get their wires crossed, and the wreath may not arrive on time.
Enter the chief mourner's name exactly as it appears in the notice, and use the departure time as the benchmark for when the wreath should arrive. If anything is uncertain, it is safest to ask the chief mourner or the family once more.

The hours for bringing in wreaths can vary with the funeral hall's own policy and the circumstances of the wake. Before ordering, check with the funeral hall or the chief mourner when wreaths can be brought in, and order so that yours arrives within that window.
If a wreath arrives after the cut-off, it may not be placed at the wake, so it is best to allow some breathing room rather than aim for just before the procession leaves.
Arrive in Bloom (이름꽃) works directly with the wholesalers and prepares flowers from the early-morning auction on the day they are sent. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 5 p.m., though this may vary by region and product. Urgent delivery to a funeral hall is based on about 3 hours.
If you are sending in a hurry, these steps will help it arrive smoothly.
Once the wreath has been delivered, we send you a photo of the actual arrangement, so you can see that it has been placed properly at the wake.
Condolence wreaths are usually made up in white, grey or black tones, with roses, chrysanthemums, lilies and the like. You can choose the flowers and the number of tiers to suit your budget and your relationship with the chief mourner.
| Product | Price (delivery included) |
|---|---|
| Condolence wreath, 3 tiers | 59,000 won |
| Premium, 3 tiers | 99,000 won |
| Premium, 4 tiers | 119,000 won |
| 5 tiers | 199,000 won |
Every price in the table includes delivery, so there are no extra charges at checkout.
The more tiers, the larger the wreath and the higher the price. You can decide based on your relationship with the person who has passed away and with the chief mourner, and on whether several people are sending it together.
More important than the price is that it arrives on time. If time is short, adjust the number of tiers if you need to, but put the arrival time first when you order.
A wreath has two ribbons hanging down vertically on either side. Facing the wreath, the right-hand ribbon carries the condolence phrase “謹弔” (Geunjo, “with deepest condolences”), and the left-hand ribbon carries the sender.
For the sender, you can simply write a name such as “Hong Gil-dong”, or add the name of your workplace or group as well. We write the ribbon and card wording by hand at no charge.
You can order online through our website at any hour, or by phone on 1666-6584. Just enter the four pieces of information above. Orders can also be placed from overseas.
If you are told after ordering that the room or the departure time has changed, please phone us straight away. We can only reflect the change if we hear before the wreath is sent out.
Flowers only truly exist when we call them by name.
We deliver flowers nationwide, with delivery included in the price and a photo of the actual arrangement sent after delivery. A mobile funeral notice and a thank-you message for those who came to pay their respects are free for the chief mourner's side to use.
Four things: the room number of the wake, the chief mourner's name, the date and time of the procession's departure, and the hours when wreaths can be brought in. A wrong room can delay delivery or lead to the wreath being refused, so please confirm it from the funeral notice or at the information desk.
