Five things to check before you press the order button
A few quick checks can save you from most flower-ordering mistakes. This post walks through, in order, five things to look over in five minutes before you press the order button.
First, the recipient's details. Please confirm the recipient's name, contact number and exact address. Adding the building name and floor, or the hall name if it is an event venue, makes life much easier for the delivery driver. For a funeral hall, please check the room number of the memorial room as well. If it feels awkward to ask directly, you can simply reread the invitation or the funeral notice message.
Second, the arrival time. Flowers need to be in place before an event begins, so it is safest to allow some leeway ahead of the start time. Same-day delivery is based on orders placed before 5 p.m., though this may vary by region and product. For urgent delivery to a funeral hall, allow about 3 hours. If you are unsure of the event time, please ask the organisers first.
If the recipient might not be there, please arrange in advance for someone to receive the flowers on their behalf, or agree a place to leave them. This helps reduce the chance of delays and returned deliveries.
Third, the right product and budget for the occasion. The table below shows our main products and their prices, all of which include delivery. It is shown here for Arrive in Bloom (이름꽃).

Even for the same style of wreath, a higher number of tiers means a larger size and a higher price. If you can't decide on the number of tiers, start by picturing the space at the venue. A small memorial room is well served by 3 tiers, while a large venue looks better balanced with 4 tiers or more.
Congratulatory wreaths start from 59,000 won for 3 tiers. For a business opening or relocation, a money tree plant is another option. Flower baskets and bouquets start from around 45,000 won and suit occasions where you hand the flowers to someone in person, such as birthdays, anniversaries and hospital visits.
Rice wreaths come in 10kg, 20kg or 30kg. Each weight has its own set price, so you can choose by how many people will share the rice after the event.
Fourth, the ribbon wording. A wreath has two ribbons hanging vertically down either side. Facing the wreath, the right-hand ribbon carries the occasion phrase, such as 謹弔 (with deepest condolences) or 祝 開業 (congratulations on your opening), and the left-hand ribbon carries the sender's name.
The occasion phrase should suit the event, so use 謹弔 for a funeral and 祝 開業 for a business opening. Senders often write their company name, job title and name together. For example, writing 'Hong Gil-dong, CEO' makes it clear at once who sent the wreath. Please read the names through once more before ordering to catch any typos. We handwrite the ribbon and card messages free of charge.
Fifth, checking after delivery. We send you a photo of the actual flowers once they have been delivered, so even if you can't be there in person, you can see how they look in place. Please also check that the ribbon wording is clearly visible in the photo. If anything looks wrong, let us know straight away. After you receive the photo, it is a kind gesture to let the bereaved family or the event organisers know that the flowers have arrived.
