Opening Congratulation Wreath Prices: What to Look at When Choosing

A guide to wreath prices by tier, grade, rice wreaths and number of contributors
The opening day is the first big occasion of a new business, and the wreath at the door is the first thing guests notice. The price is shaped by several factors that aren't obvious at a glance, so it helps to decide what to go by before you choose.
The biggest factor is the number of tiers. Wreaths usually come in 3, 4 or 5 tiers, and the more tiers there are, the more flowers are used and the taller the wreath stands, so the price rises too. Celebration wreaths from Arrive in Bloom (이름꽃) start at 59,000 won for 3 tiers.
Each product differs in what it includes and in its grade, so even the same number of tiers can be priced differently. Please check the exact price and options by tier on the product page.
The ribbons are the two strips hanging down either side of the wreath. Facing the wreath, the right-hand ribbon carries a message for the occasion, such as 祝 開業 (“congratulations on the opening”), and the left-hand ribbon carries the sender's name or business name. We handwrite the ribbon and card messages free of charge, and delivery is included in the price, so there is nothing extra to add.
Timing is worth checking too. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 5 pm and may vary by area and product, so it is safest to order well ahead, by the day before the opening at the latest.

A rice wreath is a flower-and-ribbon wreath with a sack of rice placed beneath it. The rice does not replace the flowers; it is added to the wreath, which is why it costs more than an ordinary one.
You can choose 10kg, 20kg or 30kg of rice, and its great advantage is that it stays useful after the event is over. The table below lists the main products and their prices.
| Product | Size | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Celebration wreath | 3 tiers | From 59,000 won |
| Rice wreath | 10kg | 89,000 won |
| Rice wreath | 20kg | 119,000 won |
| Rice wreath | 30kg | 149,000 won |
| Flower basket / bouquet | Basket / bouquet | From around 45,000 won |
| Money tree plant | Potted plant | 47,000 won |
A rice wreath suits shops that plan to give to others, or small shops without room for several wreaths. If you would rather give something lasting than a wreath, a money tree plant is also an option.
It is safest to choose the size by the width of the shop entrance and the space where the wreath will stand. As a general guide:
Varying the colours and flowers by trade lets you match the feel of the shop. For example, lavender and rosemary are often chosen for cafés, and white carnations for medical practices.
A large wreath at a narrow entrance can block the way in. It makes the choice of size much easier if you ask the recipient beforehand where the wreath can stand and when the opening is.
When friends, colleagues or business partners split the cost, a 3-tier wreath is a comfortable benchmark. A 59,000 won 3-tier wreath shared by 4 people comes to about 14,800 won each, or about 11,800 won each between 5.
Choosing 4 or 5 tiers raises the total, so you will need more people or a higher amount each. A 10kg rice wreath at 89,000 won shared by 5 people comes to about 17,800 won each.
It is tidiest to have one person place the order on everyone's behalf and write the senders on a single line of the left-hand ribbon, such as “Hong Gildong and 4 others”. Agreeing the amounts before ordering also makes settling up simple.
We deliver flowers across the country at prices that include delivery, and we send a photo of the real arrangement after it has been delivered. You can also make an opening announcement card with our free tool.
Small cafés and bakeries usually go for 3 tiers, mid-sized restaurants and hair salons for 4, and large shops and clinics for 5. Our celebration wreaths start at 59,000 won for 3 tiers.
