You know the venue's address, but you can't tell whether the flowers will make it inside the dressing room. Most people sending flowers backstage get stuck at this point.
Theaters, broadcast studios and event halls have several entrances, and many don't let outside visitors up to the dressing rooms. If you give only the street address, the flowers usually end up in the lobby or at the front desk.
After the street address, add the venue name, the floor and the name of the room, in that order. It needs to be specific enough for the driver to find their way inside the building, for example “[Venue] Arts Center, Basement Level 2, Dressing Room 3.”
For the recipient's contact number, an on-site contact works better than the performer's own number. Performers often hand over their phones just before a show or during filming, so you need the number of a manager or staff member who can answer at that time.
This number must be a Korean phone number. When the driver arrives, they call it to confirm where to hand over the flowers.
In the request field, also note the rehearsal or call time. Delivery is easier before or after rehearsal, when the dressing room is less crowded than just before curtain. Deliveries run between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., so for an evening show, an earlier time leaves more margin.
For a spot meant to be seen by many people, such as an opening night or the entrance of an event, a 화환 (hwahwan, a standing flower wreath on an easel) is a good fit. For a gift that goes inside the dressing room, a flower basket is usually the better choice.
Dressing rooms are already cramped with mirrors, costumes and props. A large standing wreath tends to get pushed out into the hallway, and some venues restrict bringing them in, so it is safer to check in advance.

On film sets and at events, flowers get moved several times after they arrive. Vase-style arrangements holding water, or wrapping with a water pouch, tip easily when loaded into a car or carried, and any water that leaks goes straight onto costumes and props.
If the flowers will be moved, add one line in the request field: “Will be moved, please make it leak-proof.” A flower basket with the water held in floral foam suits these situations.
For size, aim for something one person can carry in one hand. The recipient has to take the flowers home along with their other bags, so a shape that's easy to carry is worth more than sheer volume.
Short ribbon or card messages are easier to read, because they are read at a glance on the way to the stage.
