Delivery Information

Shipping fee	Free shipping regardless of amount or region (A surcharge may apply for mountain/island areas, or when the florist and delivery address are far apart.)
Delivery hours	Delivery window: 8 AM – 8 PM Delivery within 3 hours anywhere nationwide Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered same day; orders placed after 5 PM are delivered from 10 AM the next day Weekend same-day orders or island/mountain areas may be delayed slightly.
Business hours	9 AM – 8 PM Online orders are accepted 24/7; phone support is available during business hours only. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next morning and delivered after 10 AM.

※ Peak seasons : During special seasons (promotions, White Day, Parents' Day, Pepero Day, etc.), specific time selection is unavailable.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange / refund policy	1. Exchange and refund are fully available when the following occur. 2. Exchange — if the delivered item is damaged or soiled 3. If the delivered item differs from what was ordered 4. If it differs from the information provided by the store (Re-exchange is possible within 3 hours when the above occur.)
When a refund is possible	1. If you cancel by phone at least 3 hours before delivery (For weddings or events, cancel by phone the day before.) 2. If the item is out of stock or delivery is otherwise impossible
Not eligible	1. For fresh flowers, once cut they cannot be reused, so finished arrangements cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind. 2. For live plants, issues from inadequate care after delivery are not eligible. 3. Cases caused by incorrect delivery info or the recipient refusing receipt are not eligible. 4. Cancellation requests after dispatch due to a simple change of mind or personal reasons are not refundable.
Image-related exceptions	1. Accessories such as baskets and wrapping may differ from the image by season or region. 2. Pots and packaging of the delivered item may differ from the image by season or region.
