Delivery hours	Delivery window: 8 AM – 8 PM Delivery within 3 hours anywhere nationwide Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered same day; orders placed after 5 PM are delivered from 10 AM the next day Weekend same-day orders or island/mountain areas may be delayed slightly.
Business hours	9 AM – 8 PM Online orders are accepted 24/7; phone support is available during business hours only. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next morning and delivered after 10 AM.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange / refund policy	1. Exchange and refund are fully available when the following occur. 2. Exchange — if the delivered item is damaged or soiled 3. Not eligible	1. For fresh flowers, once cut they cannot be reused, so finished arrangements cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind. 2. For live plants, issues from inadequate care after delivery are not eligible. 3. Cases caused by incorrect delivery info or the recipient refusing receipt are not eligible. 4. Cancellation requests after dispatch due to a simple change of mind or personal reasons are not refundable.
