What a plant gives back

Cleaner air — leaves and roots take up indoor pollutants such as formaldehyde and benzene.

A warmer room — living green adds natural vitality and sits comfortably with any interior style.

Less stress — simply looking at green foliage is linked to lower cortisol and a calmer mind.

Gentler humidity — through transpiration a plant releases water from its leaves, lifting indoor humidity by roughly 5–10%.

At a glance

Symbolism	Mystery · everlasting good luck
Height	About 1.2–1.3 m, including the pot
Style	Tall white square ribbed floor pot
Care	Likes a bright, sunny spot. Water thoroughly when the topsoil has dried; wipe the broad leaves with a damp cloth now and then to restore their gloss. New shoots come up readily, and leaves may split naturally as they grow — normal, and part of its wild, tropical look
Note	Mildly toxic if eaten — keep away from pets and small children
