Delivery hours	Delivery window: 8 AM – 8 PM Delivery within 3 hours anywhere nationwide Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered same day; orders placed after 5 PM are delivered from 10 AM the next day Weekend same-day orders or island/mountain areas may be delayed slightly.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange / refund policy	1. Exchange and refund are fully available when the following occur. 2. Exchange — if the delivered item is damaged or soiled 3.
