Delivery hours	Delivery window: 8 AM – 8 PM Delivery within 3 hours anywhere nationwide Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered same day; orders placed after 5 PM are delivered from 10 AM the next day Weekend same-day orders or island/mountain areas may be delayed slightly.
Business hours	9 AM – 8 PM Online orders are accepted 24/7; phone support is available during business hours only. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next morning and delivered after 10 AM.

Returns & Refunds

Exchange / refund policy	1. Exchange and refund are fully available when the following occur. 2. Exchange — if the delivered item is damaged or soiled 3. Not eligible	1. For fresh flowers, once cut they cannot be reused, so finished arrangements cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind. 2. Cancellation requests after dispatch due to a simple change of mind or personal reasons are not refundable.
