Funeral Wreath (Hudaji Style)
A 3-tier standing funeral wreath in the Gyeongsang tradition — white chrysanthemums, lilies, and a calligraphy condolence placard fixed at the base.
What a Hudaji wreath is
A Hudaji wreath is the funeral wreath of Korea's south-eastern Gyeongsang region. Besides the two white sashes, a calligraphy placard carrying the traditional condolence phrase is fixed to the base of the stand, so the wreath reads as more formal and more grounded than an ordinary standing wreath.
The body is built from large white chrysanthemums and lilies, framed by fans of dark green palm leaf, with gladiolus, gerbera and seasonal accents worked in. It stands about 240 cm tall.

Each wreath is hand-built by florists who specialise in the Hudaji method, using chrysanthemums and lilies bought at auction the same morning. Orders are made up as soon as they are received, so a wreath can normally reach the venue within about three hours of payment — though the funeral hall's own arrangements can add time, so we recommend ordering with a little margin.
Please note the delivery area
The Hudaji format is available only in Busan, Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk and a few nearby areas. If the venue is elsewhere in Korea, the order is made and delivered as a standard 3-tier funeral wreath instead. Either way the wreath is delivered to the venue and set up standing.
