Returns & Refunds

1. Exchange and refund are fully available when the following occur.

1. For fresh flowers, once cut they cannot be reused, so finished arrangements cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.

3. Cases caused by incorrect delivery info or the recipient refusing receipt are not eligible.
4. Cancellation requests after dispatch due to a simple change of mind or personal reasons are not refundable. |
