Orders from 08:00–18:00 are delivered same day; orders after 6 PM are delivered the next morning

Returns & Refunds

1. Exchange and refund are fully available when the following occur.
2. Exchange — if the delivered item is damaged or soiled

1. For fresh flowers, once cut they cannot be reused, so finished arrangements cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.
2. For live plants, issues from inadequate care after delivery are not eligible.
3. Cases caused by incorrect delivery info or the recipient refusing receipt are not eligible.
4. Cancellation requests after dispatch due to a simple change of mind or personal reasons are not refundable. |
